this is my 2nd day with ANhosting,Just install drupal manually...

I have a problem,I can't connect filezilla FTP to ANhost...so I thought maybe it's filezilla

I restart my PC and try again...nope

then I try to connect to my another host...it worked...

would you agree with me to say that midphase grew so big that their customer service is no longer good?

This could be true, why not submit a support ticket? They should reply to you in soon.

Live Chat service from midPhase is not available some times, but they email support system works pretty well.

My advice is to call their toll-free number or submit a ticket. I've never had to wait long for an email response.
