Restored menu edit functionality!
Restored parent item guessing. Making a menu item for a term will try to place itself under a higher term in the menu.
Internal code improvements to make use of more APIs when manipulating menus and term paths. (tighter code)
Compressed UI a little (removed redundant descriptions and changed weighting)

TODO: maybe integrate with the pathauto widget to auto-expose the path. MAY currently conflict?
