I have launched a drupal website dedicated to Offshore Single-handed sailing, in particular to the OSTAR, the single handed transatlantic yacht race starting from Plymouth in the UK to Newport in the US on May 25th 2009.
The website uses lots of modules, in particular GMAP and Mailhandler combined to allow users to submit a blog from their satellite phones during the race and have it show on a google map automatically.
I am looking for keen sailors to assist on this project especially in May and June as I will actually be crossing the atlantic myself on my boat as a race competitor.
