Issue Summary
Views panes in Panels 2 are not translated. Nodes in all languages are shown. I tried

It rendered php error. Is there a way to fix this? Will Panels 1 work if I downgrade?

I just noticed that all my views render all languages; since I installed Panels 2.

SOLVED
I do not know why, but all my views did not have the "Localizer : activate generic support" filter.
