Default Contact Form Additional information:
However everything is translated with the multilanguage modules, but the hint's of "Default Contact Form Additional information: " not, the default message is: "You can leave a message using the contact form below."

The contact module and my module have both had problems with translation in the past. I am not sure exactly which part you are having trouble with but the coding for "Default Contact Form Additional information:" and "Contact Forms Additional information" is the same so if you are having a problem with one you should have a problem with the other.
This post http://drupal.org/node/191810 seems to suggest that you can translate these strings using i18n or the localiser module.
I haven't had any experience with the i18n module so you might find someone who knows more about it on the forums.
