Issue Summary

Please provide some more info: what OS, web server are you using? And what version PHP?
Also, if you really are using Drupal 6.4 you should update to 6.10 ASAP.

I am having the same problem, sequence i had 6.4 and the error started showing up then i updated to 6.10 and the error is still showing up , what else do i need to do?
