Can i use any module of Drupal to have "live meeting" with video and audio properties in a website?

Sorry... i don't know of any module that integrates with video conferencing type app yet.

for 2-person meeting, u may try the flash p2p video chat room module.

for group chat, (more than 2 person) ..u may setup a red5 server as your video server, OR install adobe FMS.
