Secondary links not appearing consistently

Hi,

I am trying to add some menus to my secondary links, but they are not appearing all the time. I am using i18n and drupal 6.10.

For example, I have a "Contact Us" link which was created using a Webform. When I put the link in the secondary menu, it does not appear when I click on the home page, and it does not appear when I click on the link for the form itself.

However, when I click to display a page node, the menu appears correctly. There are other cases with similar behaviour: if I click on a view or a taxonomy search, the link does not appear either.

Has anyone ever seen this? What causes it and how can I work around it?
