Title field overlaps with administrative info

Anytime I try to add a story, page, or blog, the "Title" field of the submission page partially occludes the fields "Authoring information", "Options," and "User Comments." This occurs most prominently in Firefox v1.0.7 (screenshot attached). However, the Title field is also somewhat misplaced (compared to other themes) in IE as well. I haven't tried it with any other browsers.
