I have installed the module and can assign tags during node add/edit, and the cloud shows up nicely. However, I expected something different: Not just the node author, but node viewers should be able to see the cloud and add terms. For example, I create a product page for a gorillapod (a small tripod), and users can freely tag terms like "travel tripod", "mini tripod", "camera", ...). The terms tagged most are shown bigger in the cloud.

Can this module do this? Or do I need another module to works with this module? Thanks!

To answer my own question: seems like the Community tags module is what I was looking for.
