Different events for comment post / comment update

Hi all,

this may be a bug or a "feature" I'm not sure.

It is possible to set trigger actions for notifications as

node creation
node update
node comment

This seems good and easy to understand.

However, it is a little misleading when comments are edited.
An update/edit of a comment by a user or admin causes a "node comment" notification to go out showing the incorrectly showing the comment as new ... even though it is just being updated.

am I missing something or does there need to be a

comment creation
comment update

functionality to be consistant?
