Yep, no problem at all. Actually I have found that mysql 5 helps performance a little (faster processing times), and also allows me to optimise some mysql queries with some of the new commands included in mysql 5. Just a little performance change though, not much.

Strict mode
Note that one of the comment on that issue indicate that it is most likely a strict mode problem.
