Unable to open file

Hello,
I installed the module, and then added the database file under my geouser module folder.
The location of the file is now : sites/all/modules/geouser/IPDatabase/GeoLiteCity.dat
When I add this URL under the IP database settings path, I get the error Unable to open file.
What should be my URL then? See the screenshot.
Your help is much appreciated.

Read the README, you cannot put the path like you have it. If you want to put the dat file in folder like you have it now, you must use an absolute server path that starts with / or use ./IPDatabase/GeoLiteCity.dat
