multisite_manager

Greetings! I am trying to get this multisite module to work but not sure what I am doing here.....

I'll explain what I've done and then I'll ask the questions....

1) downloaded and installed multisite_manager-6.x-1.x-dev.tar.gz (from http://drupal.org/node/233338)

2) followed all the steps on the multisite_manager/INSTALL.txt (http://cvs.drupal.org/viewvc.py/drupal/contributions/modules/multisite_m... )

3) created a drupal site from admin panel: Create Content >> Drupal Site >> Create Drupal Site

3a) it happily created all the tables on the database needed and provided me a link to go to the newly created site.
3b) when click on the newly created site I got a "NO PAGE FOUND".
3c) to resolve this, I MANUALLY created a 'site' and a 'cse' directory. 'cse' being my new site. See screenshots atached.

4) After Manually creating both directories ('site' and 'cse')... I was able to see the drupal site with a login page.

My FIRST question is, do you have to manually create a directory, in my case, 'cse' everytime you create a new site?

My SECOND question is, I am now able to see my new 'cse' directory like http://sweethome.com/site/cse/, is this consider a success?

Finally, how do I attach new pages that belong to this new 'cse' site?

Any input is greatly appreciate it.
