No realname in User Picture's title

Description
If you have a user picture uploaded via Drupal's core profile page, the image's title (when hovering over it) contains the username instead of the realname. Is it easy to fix this?

I don't know how easy it is because I haven't looked yet, but I'm guessing it won't be terribly hard to fix, but I may leave that for the core team to fix in D7.
