Like the previous version, yesterday's release outputs this error when trying to install the module and unless it's removed from the modules folder, the modules list doesn't load, keeps displaying the error:
Fatal error: Cannot redeclare gmaps_help() (previously declared in /home/luso/public_html/sites/all/modules/gmaps/gmaps.module:92) in /home/luso/public_html/sites/all/modules/gmaps/modules/gmaps_forms.module on line 29

still can't install. I am getting a fatal error when I enable the module using the latest release.
