pager bottom setting resets every time you edit ddblock settings [#391178]

Whenever I edit the ddblock settings on my site, the pager jumps back to being on the top.

Awesomeness all around otherwise, though!

Traveled this week from the Netherlands to the Philippines. Was a busy time for me.

Hereby a patch to solve the issue. Please let me know if it works.
