disallow post comments after a date: how?

I need to
- disallow posting comments to a content-type (not for all content type) after a date
- the author of node have to set the date per node (not one date for all nodes)
- the date must be visibile in the node.

I installed and tryed the module you suggested me
the problem is that I need an exact date to close the comments and it must to be chosen by the author.

This module let only the asministrator to choose,
and not the date, but the time after that the comments must be closed (i.e.: afret a month, a day, a year).

I need it for an academical website to let teachers publish dates of exams and students to book them. All that using nodes and comments.
So teacher must choose the expiriration period to book.
