Issue Summary
Would it be possible to set popups for specific fields on a content type, such as a filefield for example, in order to make user content as simple and user friendly as possible?
Display a simple link like "add a file" above or below the field, and it only prints the form element for that field, as opposed to the whole edit form?
I think this would be extremely useful for simplifying the process of adding user content to prevent error or intimidation.
Great module, been looking desperately for something like this. ^_^

Currently popups API does not support subforms.

Can this be implemented? I'd be willing to put some money towards it to get it started, it's pretty critical to my site. I'd also imagine such a feature would be widely appreciated for community driven sites.

Anything is possible, but this is not a small tweak. It would probably require creating a new module. If you are interested in pursuing this, you should contact me directly for an estimate (http://drupal.org/user/33290/contact).

Alright, I've sent you an email. Hopefully can get support for this out there and on it's feet...
