Admin and Users login and logout

I am very very new to Drupal.

I have successfully installed Drupal, and I now see "Welcome to your new Drupal website!"

1. Is there login/logout page? If so, then where can I find it.
2. Can I force Drupal to have multiple users with the same email address?

I tried that, but if failed. So, I needed a confirmation. I discovered I had the DocumentRoot within VirtualHost incorrect.

Also, i forgot to mention, if you turn off or have clean urls off, the correct link would be http://example.org/?q=user.
