The lat/long co-ordinates supplied for Germany in the zipcodes.de.mysql file are swapped over so that when imported, lat = long and long = lat. For example, Stuttgart, Germany actually has co-ordinates that are located in Somalia.

I'll fix them and attach a revised file when I'm done.
