On multilingual sites hover links always moving user to default site language.

thanks, cyberpunk... dev has been coming *very* slowly lately, and i do apologize. i will look into this soon.

the destination gets in settings once on init of the module and it does not get changed no matter what language the user is on
destination should be something dynamic on multilingual sites
