Localizer & clean urls and menu block split?

Hi,
Does Menu block split support the localizer module and use of clean urls?
I have a site which uses all these 3 modules. I got a problem with the 2nd level menu not appearing when using translated clean url paths.
Is the Menu block split -module supposed to work with localizer and or clean URLs?
