What module? "As Admin to login as a User"

Is there a module that allows admin roles to login as a user?
What I need is to be able to login as a user but without the need for me to seek passwords etc to login as a User.
Is there such a module for D5x & D6?

The only module that I think may fit your needs is the masquerade.module.
Although to login as a "user" there must be an account for that user.
I think the devel module also
I think the devel module also allows switching to other users, but these users need to exist, of course.
