Breadcrumb reflects old name, will not update with new name

I have a page that was named one thing ("OldTitle"), and was later changed (to "CurrentTitle"). I changed the title of the page and the title listed in the Primary links. For some reason, the breadcrumb reflects the old title.
Furthermore, when I unpublish the page I "CurrentTitle" shows. When I then publish again, "OldTitle" is there.
Is there a fix for this, or do I have to wait for a new version?

Menu Breadcrumb derives breadcrumb entries from the menus, not from the node information. You should inspect the Menu entry (under "Menu Settings") for the node in question. If there are multiple menu entries for the node, you may need to edit it by browsing the menus at ?q=admin/build/menu/list
