Can't configure the module

Posted this in the forum but no replies so far. Maybe should have been here?

I've installed this module, uninstalled, reinstalled and no matter what I can't get it to show up under Site Configuration (or anywhere else) for that matter to configure it. I've enabled it but that's as far as it goes. Any thoughts as to what I'm missing? Thanks much!

PS. I'm using Drupal 6.9
