Deleting Image gallery

I'm testing image module (CVS) in Drupal (CVS), either updated 29/11/2005 (today). Deleting an image from "administer-image galleries" doesn't work, you have the following message when you choose delete:

"Deleting a gallery will delete all sub-forums as well. However, the images will not be deleted. This action cannot be undone."

and when you click "DELETE" you will return to the "administer-image galleries" page with a new message:

"Created new gallery 0."

and the old gallery is not deleted.

If you delete the gallery from the "taxonomy" the gallery/category is deleted correctly.

It's possible to fix it? And why you should be able to manage the same things in differents points? The "image galleries" settings is only a filtered view of the taxonomy, you see only the "Image galleries" terms.
