Unless it's been added very recently, I don't believe there is a direct SMF to Drupal converter... however what you can probably do is go from SMF to phpBB (which I know there's converters for), and then from phpBB to Drupal, which there is a converter for. So an extra intermediate step, but you will end up in Drupal.
