The exported, printer-friendly book pages do not contain the taxonomy terms of the book page node. For example, when taxonomy is used for authorships, the author is not listed on the exports.

Considering the lack of activity on this issue and that Drupal v5 is no longer supported by fixes or patches, I am going to close this ticket.
