Hi All,

Stellar work on the Solr module, more or less got to grips with it so far and I am *extremely* enthusiastic with the progress.

I would like to request a couple of features with the file attachment system.

Would it be possible to add the following functions?:

  • Option to add "helpers"
  • Some sort of indicator that the helpers are doing something, perhaps a numeric display of the attachments indexed
  • Ability to sort them in a seperate facet
  • Option to add a folder in on the server to index
  • Support for WebFM

    • Keep up the work :)

    Indexing anything beyond files attached to nodes will certainly, at least in the sort term, require you to write a custom module to handle all that.

    The "support for WebFM" should be taken are of with #937702: Check the body field for hyperlinks to files. I use imce rather than WebFM but it should still do the trick.
