Release notes

Initial release of the uc_ip2country module on drupal.org. This release is based on the 1.05 release published on ubercart.org at http://www.ubercart.org/contrib/6103. Added features include the ability to select the RIR from which to download the database and alterations to the jQuery to improve theming. Further development will take place on drupal.org only.
