No way to add a contact

Issue Summary

Hi

I installed contact_dir module, I am able to see contact_dir in module list.

I enabled the module, no sign of any link to add a new contact.

What can I do to add a contact.

Make sure in Access Control you have rights to add a contact....

also there's a block you can turn on.

also there's a block you can turn on. i'm changing this from a critical bug to a normal support request - hope nobody minds.
