Panels and Drigg

When I install panels on my drigg site i get a fatal error message related to the plugins folder:

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required './modules/panels/includes/plugins.inc' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/(mysite)/public_html/modules/panels/panels.module on line 198

Any ideas?
