Not sure where it went, but the "tests" component no longer exists when creating/updating issues: #253744: Test component in core

Does this mean test fixes are supposed to be assigned to their parent.module component, to simpletest.module, or is this really a bug (maybe from the migration)? Couple of issues:

* any issue previously assigned to the "tests" component is now marked as Component: none and needs updated on next reply.
* The SimpleTest project page and the message at the top of the SimpleTest issue creation page both list the "tests" component as the preferred one to assign to issues regarding tests.

Right, the tests component was removed and tests should be in their parent module.

I'll change SimpleTest project page.
