This isn't an issue with my own site, but with drupal.org. Starting from the alphabetical list of modules, specifically the 6.x ones, each time I click on a link there is a long pause and then up comes a dialog box saying:

A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, or you can continue to see if the script will complete.

Clicking Stop Script will then continue on to the requested node. This has only started happening recently ... possibly about the time that Firefox upgraded to 3.0.7.
