404 error on RSS read

Description
I'm getting a 404 error when I try to read an Atom (or RSS) feed off the WordPress install on my same domain (http://thedigitel.com/contribute/cfw/feed/atom/) The feed's fine and I can pull other feeds fine. I suspect it's getting a 404 as the system is too busy trying to read the Atom file to generate it.
Am I off base? Is there an easy work around?
