When trying to post a comment, users get the following error and the comment is not posted.

The URL of your homepage is not valid. Remember that it must be fully qualified, i.e. of the form http://example.com/directory.

This seems to have started after updating to 6.9. I should note that after updating to 6.10 the error still occurs.

Only core modules are being used.

Any ideas?

I have compact forms installed, as well as the devel module.

Have you found the cause of it?
