Convert CSS/HTML to drupal theme

I have two websites that have css/html done but need to be converted into a drupal theme.

one of the websites is an ubercart website and thus will need to be compatible. There are a total of 4 pages.

Website 1: Front page and article page
website 2: front page and product page

I'm looking for someone who can do this quickly and for a not too expensive price, as most of the work is done. A pro themer should be able to knock these out pretty quickly. I have lots more business where this comes from, so if you can make drupal themes from css quickly, please email.

People that show previous work and experience with ubercart theming a plus. Again, I always have work for this so if this is something that is easy for you, you do a solid job, there will be a long business relationship.
