Search field refinements

This is an issue for a couple of refinements we need to do for the search field in the upper-right corner. The main issues are:

1. The search submit button needs to line up with the search textfield better. On interior pages, it just needs to be nudged down 3px (by giving additional margin-top) to account for the 3px border of the textfield. On the front, it is styled differently and just needs a whole lot more margin-top
2. "Refine your search" dropdown menu should align right so that its right edge is aligned with the right edge of the search textfield
3. "Make the size of the text larger when the search box is in focus. Mark approved." I'm pretty sure this refers to the actual search query as the user types it in the search textfield, but maybe someone else can clarify.
