how to link a poster's email to forum post?

I could create a block view for forums with the following columns (it's a block table view): post/comment time, last comment author, comment counts and node title, what I would like to do is to link the author/poster's id to it's email, so when a user click on the poster id, can send a message to the poster. How can I do this in the view?
