In theory, you should be able to rotate through what ever content you like, including swf files. Simply attach your swf files to your node in some manor that makes them available to Views. Then create a new view out of these nodes, choose to include the field that contains your swf file in your view, and set the view's style to Rotor. In practice, I haven't tried it, but I see no reason why it wouldn't work.
Please let me know if you can't get it to work of you need any more help with this.
