**Changes since 7.x-1.0-rc1**

* Update readme with clearer instructions.
* Remove text filter and all docs that refer to it. Not needed anymore.
* Better uninstall hook. Delete vars by name.
* Better UX on the filter description.
* Remove more legacy unused files.
* Remove unused CSS and JS files, move CSS into directory. Update module file.
* Clean up info file.

This release has a whole new interface for administering paging and introduces several new features, including the one in big demand: page names.

Got to fix a few known issues with the page names interface JS before a stable release. Almost there! ;)

Edit: yuk, I forgot to exclude junk code from the release. Sorry about that!
