Hi,

I am simply unable to login to my user account 14459, no matter what I try or in whichever browser I try.

I tried to reset the password, but when I click on the one-time login link in the email and then on the login button, I get an Access denied error. The email account associated with 14459 is servercraft@gmail.com

Please help me regain access to my account of 4+ years. Attached are screenshots of the login problems.

Thanks,
Venkatesh

For good measure, I also removed all the cookies associated with drupal.org and groups.drupal.org

I am using Firefox 3.0.7 on Windows XP Professional.

I actually have no idea. The account is not blocked.

Could this have something to do with the upgrade to Drupal 6.0? I am having exactly the same problem on the Ubercart site as well.

What I find most puzzling is the 'Access denied' error when I click on the login button on the page which comes up when I click on the one-time login link.

Not sure if this will help you-- but i had some problem and it turned out to be because i didn't have the capitalization of my user name exactly right when trying to login.

When I look at your account it looks like "venkat-Rk" (R is capital)-- make sure you try it exactly that way.

Your account should work. It is not blocked. I know it's not much help but at least it's not intentionally blocked.

Try in Chrome or Opera :P

Thank you, everyone, for pitching in to help me.

It turned out to be due to a corrupt cookies issue in Firefox 3.0.6, of all things because my problems coincided with an upgrade to 3.0.7 which was released on March 4th 2009.

It wasn't until 3.0.9 that the bug was finally fixed.

I still have a problem with cookies on gmail.com, but drupal.org is fine :-)
