This module uses the less complicated AuthSub http://code.google.com/apis/accounts/docs/AuthSub.html authentication which does not require the use of certificates. It works with the three types of registered applications Unregistered, Registered and Registered with enhanced security http://code.google.com/apis/accounts/docs/AuthSub.html#registeredapps
