Hello folks,

I am currently looking for a suitable chatroom solution for my website. I came across several solutions, and one looks particularly promising - https://sourceforge.net/projects/ajax-chat/. The integration with Drupal should be quite easy for somebody with PHP & Drupal core knowledge, but I am a designer. (See the docs: http://ajax-chat.wiki.sourceforge.net/Custom+integration+howto).

Please let me know if anybody would be interested in this project, or give a hint about other similar solutions available.

I am after a simple site-wide chatroom, preferably with user accounts integrated with Drupal.

Have you looked at Mibbit?

There's already a great Drupal module for it at http://drupal.org/project/mibbit_irc.
