I have been working now for several months on a website project whose main subject is "Gourmets and gastronomes". I cannot divulge the whole business model here as it is quite innovative (and there are sharks out there!), but a very small part of it is already online and visible here: www.marcus-gavius.com.
In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for a third business-partner with strong technical skills in Drupal, PHP, XML and HTML (or a small business that can provide these skills) to enhance and maintain marcus-gavius.com.
We are looking for someone with real entrepreneurship mind, and who understands the challenges of launching a new business venture. We are looking for a long-term business relationship. We have ourselves already invested 22 months developing the business-plan, fleshing out the online marketing plan and assessing all Marcus Gavius' lines of business that will bring revenue. But it should be clear that ROI does not come overnight! If you are interested, we expect you to have already a stable income as you should not rely on Marcus Gavius for immediate ROI.
Here is briefly the plan:
- The technical partner will perform all technical work (Drupal and modules customisation, theming, troubleshoot existing bugs, Drupal updates...etc...) on the website according to requirements. We have estimated a volume of 75 to 100 hours work to start with. A requirements document is ready to be used.
- The website is currently online only to build some history in search engines indexes. It will start operating after the first technical deliveries but the company will be created once we have enough members and pages viewed to be able to sell advertising on the pages.
- The technical partner will be a shareholder of the company
We shall sign an agreement to protect the technical partner interests until the company is created. So you will know you are not working for nothing.
