I have applied the tabs.patch to jstools/tabs, and it does not allow me to upload files. The upload page does not even show up in a browser. I keep receiving an error message in my browser and can not find anything in my log files. This dbfm module does not work like the site says it is supposed to work. Are there some permissions that need to be set? Is there even any installation documentation for this module?
