No "submit" or "Preview" button available when creating invoice

Installed module
Filled in basic config. settings
Tried to create invoice
was unable to submit for above reason.

Am I missing something?

It's true that there isn't a preview button, but there has to be a save button at the bottom of the page!! If not, please send me a screenshot and info of your browser, operating system etc.

I am using the Drupal 6.10 with the News Flash theme, but it does not seem to matter as the same issue is present in Garland (see screen shot).
The I have tried creating the invoice in XP, Vista, and Server 2003, using Firefox 3.0.7 and IE 7.0.6001.18000.

I have STORM installed (but not enabled... it isn't working either) for testing purposes, so there may be a conflict with that module (they both have an invoice content type). CSS maybe?

Would you like to install a clean Drupal 6 installation with only the invoice module? I'm wondering if everything works allright then.

I solved the problem. There is an issue with Required Preview option and this module. When I set preview before post - "optional" the save button appears.
