Search fails if string contains slash

I was trying to search for

"Fatal error: Cannot create references to/from string offsets nor overloaded objects"

which is an error I'm getting while browsing forum topics using "next" and "previous" links.

Drupal.org's search gives me 404 if I include the "to/from" bit. Removing it will make it work.
