I tought I could use this module's visibility in the same way I use a block... for example if I put in a block city/* it is going to show in all the nodes that have city/* structure but if I put that using Nodes in block it shows nothing... any ideas??????

Hmm no, the visibility path for a node in block simply means that the current node you are editing will show up on the page you entered.
Showing up all other nodes with that structure is not something that this module will do.
